About After finishing my secondary education I saw a huge gap of experts in social welfare issues, and that drove me to take undergraduate courses in sociology. I graduated from the University of Dodoma, Degree of a Bachelor of Sociology, and now I am working at the Iringa Municipal Council as a Social Welfare officer. My life journey and the gap as saw during my young age drove me to initiate this organization with the two founders to support the community we are living in. I have more than 5 years experience of working with the community as a social welfare officer in the municipal council. I believe those who developed from different angles have the chance to empower those who are still looking for the development

About It is my passion to work on civic activities, and is it one of my duties to support the community I am living. Apart from working at WYCDO also, I am working at Tanzania Tourism Key Club, as a chairperson, so I have enough experience in running an organization. Currently, I am finishing Degree of Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and Tourism at the University of Iringa, Iringa

About Huge experience in working with the community is what drove me to initiate this organization with the other two founders (Baraka Ramadhani and Tinny Mmbaga). Previously, I worked as a Volunteer with the Kids Free Run Warwickshire (UK), from Sep 2019 to Sep 2020, and my main responsibilities were supporting and planning the organization's programs. From March 2019 to May 2019, I worked as a volunteer with the international non-profit organization called Voluntary Service Overseas-International Citizen Service (VSO-ICS) in the Iringa region, under the project called TLED which was dealing with the supporting SMEs who were living in Iringa Municipal Council.
