YOUTH

In Tanzania and developing countries there is a large group of youths who are suffering looking for jobs and capital to start working on their dreams. However, sometimes the problem is not jobs and capital directly even the mindsets of Tanzanian youths are a problem and need to be changed and start looking for other opportunities and self-employment tasks using low-level ideas which do not require a large capital. So as an organization, we have a target of changing the mindset of many youths and supporting them in achieving their goals either by looking for funds or by improving their ideas and giving them human resources like volunteers who can reduce the cost of starting the business, as well as connecting those who are professional with the organizations which are looking for employees.
