GraduateJobs is a mobile application with the aim of connecting those students who completed the university’s level looking for jobs, internships, and volunteering opportunities. The app connects those with the organizations/companies with those who finished the university but don’t have a job. This helps many youths to get jobs/internships or volunteering opportunities which will help to develop their careers because in Tanzania, in most of the developing countries, the system of getting a job is a bit complicated, especially for those who are coming from universities and don’t have experience.
The first phase of the project was based on registering graduates and company owners to the mobile application system, this was from the 01st of Jan 2024 to the 29th of Feb 2024.
Now the project is in the second phase which starts from the 01st of March to the 30th of April, in this stage the registered members are given a window to add their details or qualifications.
The last phase will start from the 01st of May 2024 which will deal with the job of connecting those registered companies and graduate students.
